Great leadership comes from the heart. It is not a technique, but rather a reflection of who you are. Many spiritual traditions encourage us to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. The problems we face today - at home, in society, and at work - stem not from the fact that we don't follow this advice, but rather that we DO. Unfortunately, many of us are not all that good at loving ourselves! Your ability to practice heart based leadership starts with you and how you feel about yourself.

Stephanie McDilda is an expert in heart-based leadership. She has over 30 years of experience as a leader and as a leadership development professional. A three time N.C. State University graduate, Stephanie has a B.A. in Business Management and Economics, an M.Ed. in Adult Education, and an M.Ed. in Counseling. Stephanie is an ICF Certified Professional Coach. An author, speaker, executive/ leadership coach, and seminar leader, Stephanie owns Flashpoint International where she works with leaders at all levels of an organization to help them be more effective by building powerful relationships and leading from the heart.
